Great staff. Nice clean place. Very comfortable. A back door takes you to a hall with restaurants and access to a bigger lobby and a huge parking structure. Free parking.

Nice hotel close to the main atraccions

Pros: The location and the service of the personal
Cons: Nothing
Location: Location perfect but very short time to look around i went to the celebration of my grandmother 95 B-D.
Just went for 3 days for a celebration, but enjoy the location of the hotel.

Great with a shuttle to airport

The only thing, I would have loved to have a coffee before leaving at 4 1/2 am.

I have checked a room for 3 but 1 person could not make it, I told this to the receptionist as soon we arrived that the room should be for 2 persons instead of 3, she said I have to made the arrangements with Expedia not with the hotel, I could Expedia and I was told this should be fixed by the hotel, so I was back and for trying to fix this. Finally I talk with reception at the hotel and they promise to refund for the 3rd person. I hope the will do it.

The staff were very helfull and open. Food delicious and bed beyond comfort. Location in the heart of zona viva. I had a good time here. Thanks.

I always stay at the Biltmore on my trips to Guatemala. Excellent service, location, quality and price. The breakfast is magnificent to start the day.

Free Wi-fi they advertised was useless. Even reading CNN is painful. Forget about using VPN. Other hotels I stayed in DC area in the past, I didn't have a problem using VPN with free wifi speed. I will not stay again until they upgrade their wifi or advertise the correct speed. Hilton in front of this hotel had better wifi speed.

Quick stop

The room was comfortable and very clean. We were there briefly, so only had soup in the cafe and left at 4:30 in the morning. The shuttle was easy and on time.

It was just so so. The carpet in my room was old and dirty. No view, just rooftops and air vents. No real restaurant or bar. I would never stay here again. If you can't find anything else then it's ok.
