A very established and respectable hotel.
The gym is second to none.
The lady in housekeeping was spectacular.
The F & B outlets are OK.
Views to the sea and to Beirut are amazing.
It is a bit out of Beirut, but highly recommendable

Amazing hotel, very royal, big and grand !
Excellent customer service, from the whole team from Lobby, restaurant staff, and room cleaners.
Loved the breakfast buffer options too.
I hotel hopped 6 different hotels, and this is in the top 2 of the 6 hotels I stayed at, for 3 nights.

It was amazing visit beautiful hotel. Everything is perfect. The reception, the valet, the room, service people, so friendly, clean, and beautiful hotel with a wonderful of you. I really enjoy it and I will come back again.

My husband and I always select this hotel due to it's supreme service, prime location with magnificent views all around that hotel that is centered and close to everything. We always feel at home with loving, friendly staff that make our experience very memorable.

I booked a non smoking room. The first room had a very bad smoking smell. The second room smelled also . The third room was ok but It was impossible taking a shower without getting the whole bathroom full of water.

Great location and front desk staff were amazing. They arranged for early check in for us upon arrival due to change in our flight. They accommodated our request without hesitation.

rooms are spacious and clean, all staff are friendly however verses the room rate we expect a lot more.
for instance the access to the water parc for the inhouse guests should be free and not discounted. same for the WIFI it should be free and not limited to 2 devices.
in addition if the inhouse guest has guests of his own at the pool, charging 50$ per person is insane considering that most beautiful resorts in Lebanon are much cheaper also you should consider that these guests will be spending money for lunch and drinks. over all our stay was nice but the hotel is over rated.
