Hotel itself is ok, don't expect much from staff.

Shuttle driver is racist and rude. Front desk staff never smile. Hotel room and facilities are very nice. No complimentary breakfast is another drawback. No AC in rooms is a bummer, open window to cool down room and hear air traffic noise. How Radisson don't make this hotel to provide AC.

Close to airport

It was four star hotel but standard of room & facilities was not in high standard as expected . Qualities of bedroom mattress was poor very soft, not firm enough, no sound proof room, no mini bar facility, no English language TV chhannel in the room. I felt the TV facility provided in the room was useless! Good thing- Shuttle survice from the hotel to airport was very good however, morning shift driver needs to think about customer care/service & politeness! The way he treated me (visitors ) was not very impressive !

The quality of our beds is really important for us and our Swiss Elite mattresses get changed regularly. In Switzerland the most TV channels are in German but we have some English TV channel and our guest have the option to watch movies in English. It is great to hear that you could benefit from our free shuttle bus. We truly apologize for the inconvenience you had with the shuttle driver. Nice hotel close to airport with shuttle service

Pros: Free shuttle service runs every 30 min., and walkable to the regional train station to Zurich downtown if during no shuttle time.
Cons: Bathroom design (shower only in my room) does not have any area to put changing clothes after shower.
Location: Nothing nearby, but close to airport and train station to Zurich main train station, which serves as a springboard to all Switzerland tourists spots.
Pro: Close to Zurich airport and a train station on the bottom of the airport main building. Good sound insulation so I did not hear much airplane noise. Zurich airport is big. With elevators and AC, which may be missing in some of the Zurich downtown hotels. Has a restaurant and a McDonald's link to hotel. Better allow 3 hours from hotel to boarding gate (especially E gates), if you want to eat/shop in the airport. Con: Bathroom and sink area are separate and have no place to put the changing clothes. So, it's not realistic for the friends to travel together (no privacy). Hotel staff and shuttle bus driver did not enforce the shuttle reservation service during early hours. Some people think they have reservation and wait until last minutes to get on and find out they have no seating in a van.

Quiet room and good transportation to the airport.

The room was quiet and we were impressed with the sound proofing that the window provided to eliminate jet noise. The hotel's shuttle service to the airport was well organized and convenient.

Good for a night

Fine place to stay for a night either coming or going from the airport. Shuttle bus worked great. Staff at all phases very good. One major issue was we could not get our room cool enough even with all controls set to maximum cool. Therefore, it was too hot for comfortable sleep.

Very good for airport

Pros: clean, modern and convenient for the airport. Our room was quiet.
Cons: Not that we used it but the cost of overnight parking is high
Location: Airport
We just needed a stop over for an early flight the following morning but this turned out to be the best hotel of the holiday. Good modern hotel with aircon. We'd dropped off the hire car so didn't need to pay the high price of the overnight parking. Their shuttle bus service was excellent. We usually avoid Macdonalds but the one attached to the hotel made it all so easy.

Efficiently run hotel

Efficiently run, like a swiss clock shuttle service is impressive, used it many times for zurich hb trips. Reception staff are courteous and our rooms are well restocked and cleaned. Would recommend to fellow travellers who want modern comfort in a decent priced hotel.

Not worth the 145 dollars I plaid for the night I had a long lay over should have rented a rooom to sleep at the airport for 60 bucks.
