convient to airport

The room s have poor overall lighting. The only part that was not great was the frequency of the airport shuttle. The one from the airport I took didn't stop at the apart hotel first even after I told him when he was loading my luggage. So it took much longetr to get there than necessary.

Great hotel

Very nice suite and reasonably priced too. Close to the airport and train. Nice breakfast and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the price for the shuttle back to the airport--5 chf.

It is true that we are charging since 1st of January 2016 a small fee of CHF 5,- per stay for each guest for the use of our shuttle service, which is provided by an external company. For all Hilton Hotels worldwide which are classified as Airport Hotels the shuttle service is a mandatory standard, although each hotel is free to charge for it. Hotel was really good. Near to the Airport. Breakfast was good. Clean big enough rooms. Wifi was free and available everywhere on d property. Enjoyed our stay of 3 days.

Wasn't impressed with the desk receptionists' attitudes. They seemed annoyed about me checking in and out.

Excellent choice for airport with time!y shutt!e provided. Excellent breakfast & also close to the Hilton for lunch, dinner.

Pretty bad

Customer service was fine. That is all that was good. This place feels Eastern Block-ish or maybe interment camp like. Terrible location, inconveniently far from bus or train stop, and just really barebones, depressing and ugly. If someone's work paid for them to stay here while in Zurich, their work hates them and they should get a different job.

Convenient and Clean

We stayed here before our flight home the next morning and it was clean, quiet, and close. Plus a great free breakfast.
