The hotel has an electronic check-in process, which I found fairly easy to use. The staff was friendly and accommodating for common requests. The view was not that great. You will definitely need a rental car or use Uber to get around. There is a nice local bar nearby that has a nice selection of beers and food. The parking lot is located across the street from the hotel so it's a little inconvenient when there is road traffic during the day.

Our check in was easy and the lady that checked us in was very nice , helpful and informative. The hotel has free parking and an elevator. Room was very clean and comfortable. Minibar in our room was free so as coffee, water and snacks in the lobby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Will stay here again for sure.

Not really much parking. Like 6 spots but if you are the first three you are blocked in until the people leave. The staff was rude. I have no signal and could not access their scanning system to even check in or enter the building. I had to ring the buzzer a few times, waited a while, and the guy is yelling at me what do I want. I say I’m here to check in and he just continues screaming in the intercom as to why I am there. Someone finally comes out to greet me and asks why I’m there. I say I’m there to check in. And they say are you asking? And I said no that’s my purpose for being here. They were argumentative about me even having a booking, I showed the confirmation from Expedia and the email that the hotel sent me confirming my room. They finally gave me the wifi to be able to check in and were still stand off attitude. It was an unpleasantness experience. There is “shower foam” which I’m not sure is supposed to be body wash or shampoo. There was short black curly hair in the bed sheets which was concerning as I am a blonde with straight hair. I did like the keyless aspect but the experience in its entirety was subpar.

Dear ElizabethWe are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.Please note that you parked in the employee parking spaces, which are clearly marked. There are 48 free parking spaces for customers directly in front of the main entrance.The security man just asked you if you have a booking and what your name is. He did this because you had previously discussed with your companions in the employee parking lot and your behavior and outfit were rather unusual. Your aggressive and demanding way of meeting people is not ok

Wifi didn’t work, I couldn’t even do basic searching and email. No restaurant/bar as advertised. Didn’t know there were 2 people, room only set up for 1 - towels, bed linens. We were supposed to have a queen bed and instead it was a full bed. Basically a place to overnight and that’s it, not pleasant.

Simple and straightforward
This was a simple straightforward hotel, room was a decent price by Zurich standards. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. If you need a decent room at a decent price, this will fit the bill. However, it is a basic no-frills experience, nothing fancy but it got the job done.

The room was extremely basic. The shower was good and the bed was conformable, but that was literally it. Good breakfast. If you are looking for a no frills, somewhere to rest your head only, it's okay. but nothing more than that

Nice hotel staff very polite and helpful
They have there own restaurant which serves great food I have to admit I have been to Switzerland 9 times in 3 months and this is the best hotel for me. Free parking is great as others charge. And only 18 minutes away from the airport. 10 out of 10 for me think about staying here you will not regret it.

No A/C, loud trains, almost uninhabitable
On a day that wasn't even that hot, we arrived to a very hot and stuffy hotel room, and warnings posted at the front desk about a mosquito problem and something the importance of screens. One of the two windows in the room -- the only one that mattered, which might have provided a breeze next to the beds, in fact had NO screen. The fan provided in the room offered little relief. We wanted to at least keep the other window open, but the hotel overlooks a very heavily traveled train station and the high-pitched sounds of trains screeching by was like nails on a chalk board. We would absolutely have checked out without even staying the night if we hadn't made a non-refundable payment in advance. On top of everything, the restaurant was absurdly over-priced, forcing us to drive to town to try to find a reasonably priced dinner. No breakfast included.

OK if you have business near by.
Stayed in a suite which was a good size. Room clean as was bathroom. Bed not very comfy, duvets strangely small and rather thin as were pillows. Maybe this is just a Swiss thing. Some furniture looking a little tired. Much banging and clanging during the late evening from outside, I may have been above the kitchen area. Toiletries basic and soap shampoo were dispensers on wall. Breakfast buffet very basic and not inexpensive for what there was provided. Staff pleasant and efficient. Only chose hotel for location as I had business very near by. No other reason to choose this hotel, the area is an industrial estate, do not choose to stay here for visiting Zurich for pleasure. I would suggest Three stars at best. Not a bad hotel, but little to recommend it other than location if you need to be in this area. Do not get a taxi to this hotel from the airport, take the train. The taxi cost nearly 100 CHF and it is not a long journey.

Professional Hotel Staff
Swiss hospitality and cleanliness. Needed to leave hotel early before breakfast and staff volunteered to provide a "lunch bag" with sandwiches, apples, pears, cheese, water, and sweets to take with us. Easy convenient parking. Staff spoke excellent English and was most helpful with suggestions on how to drive to the Zurich AP and avoid morning rush hour. Commercial transportations also available. Suggest requesting a room opposite of the frontage road. However, the rooms facing this road comes with power shades with sound attenuation.

No working phone in the room - this was NOT resolved throughout our stay. NO AIR CONDITIONING! We had to request extra fans in order to make the room bearable (we were stayed in early/mid-June). No laundry facilities as they have advertised on hotels.com. Room was simple and clean. Staff were friendly, although were unable to resolve our concerns.

Very clean, friendly and modern hotel
Very friendly staff, grateful for the free parking, free breakfast was very good and served until noon, room was clean and modern. Only complaint is the mosquitoes, but they warn you about them and there are window screens. Nice, clean bathroom. Ten minute walk to the train station and about 5 stops away from Zurich.

The room was as advertised. The rooms in Europe are smaller than U.S. Pros: decent clean rooms. Breakfast is good. You can special order a few dishes aside fRom the continental breakfast. Staff are courteous. Free parking. 15 min walk to train station. Cons: It is in a industrial area and there is a lot noise pretty much throughout the day. No A.C. It was a only problem during 2nd week of August when it was unusually hot.

Recetion ladies are a bit harsh, when I check in, they say immediately I can't stay 3 persons in a room. I tell them I book 2 rooms but their records are incorrect. I pay 2 rooms for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. No need to give such facial expressions... A lot of mosquitoes bit for my daughters.

Too hot and no AC.
Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Parking, food and bar was excellent. Train station is nearby and 4 stops away to get to Zurich's main stn. Pricing was a slight high for room size and heat endurance compared to other places in Central Zurich. Rooms does not have air conditioners, which was awful in this summer heat wave. It was not specified in the description either. Not enough screened windows. One fan was available. Mosquitoes and flies were also a problem, although the hotel provided a mosquito plug for the room. Bed was too low (close to the floor), not good for my arthritic knees and the mattresses were thin and not good for my son's back. I was surprised and shocked for such a cosmopolitan and business oriented city, the comfort level for customers and employees were not being considered nor provided. Even though there may be a heat wave one to three weeks during the year, portable air conditioners or an AC system would have been ideal for this hotel. The AC would have also mitigated greatly the noise level of the main road in front of the hotel day and night.
