Stayed here for a couple of days earlier this month. Service was terrible, no courtesy towards customers, stuff aren’t professional (except employees who worked at the bar, they were great). Tried calling room service, room dining and front desk on different occasions, never once my calls were answered during this stay. Wouldn’t recommend this property at all.

Not the hotel for an airport transfer.
Some of the rooms (mine) are a very long walk from the lobby, past conference rooms being set up for a Christmas party. Room had missing light bulb and stopper in sink wasn't attached properly. When we went to the restaurant to get dinner we were asked if we had a reservation, something I have never heard of at an airport hotel. We were seated however after a few moments. Another pair were turned away it seemed and it was never even half full. The shuttle costs 6chf to leave the hotel so you are kind of trapped. Please note if the shuttle is full you just have to wait and fight to be first in line for the next one. They will refund your ticket price and call a cab for you but that is at your own expense.

Dated, stuffy rooms, terrible pillows, old bathrooms, shower in bath and grey hard very well used towels, soap, shampoo terrible cheap and poor quality. Small water in room was 4 CHF, no complimentary water. Didn’t know what an Americano coffee was and got carved 5 CHF for a luke warm expresso.

For the exorbitant price and the Hilton name, expected much more. It seemed like there were several sides of the hotel - I was put in the more run-down and remodeled part of the hotel - which was dated and simply an older hotel remodeled. Stay was very average and acceptable, but the pictures misdirect you. Breakfast was $39 pp and was below average.

Very disappointed as I am a big Hilton fan. Very old property with tiny rooms and tiny bathrooms that one can’t even move in the shower. Dirty bath tub with mildew spots made it a bit disgusting to have a Shower. Staff was nice and friendly. Floors are super noisy. With people moving stuff at 1 am.

The property was fine but there was no person to help with the luggage. Since it’s right next to the airport the hitel guests might have several heavy pieces which need help. The manager finally helped us.

Great hotel, located close to Zurich Airport. Easily accessible via Uber/Taxi. The free shuttle from the airport is great, it arrives right on time. There is also a shuttle from the hotel to the airport (which costs 6 euros, you have to get a ticket from the front desk), which is also super convenient.

Very unclean. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived for our reservation at 10pm! Restaurant closes at 10pm so could only get sandwiches and soup which were awful. Property is in terrible shape and needs a complete overhaul. Very disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel on the same trip a year ago, the hotel then was great but the service in the restaurant and bar, where we made several orders was very poor. I politely notified the front desk at checkout and they apologized , didn’t offer any comp or gratuity to me- so I blew it off, decided to give it another shot and at checkin this year the front desk staff was short with me, but offered the guest next to me every single perk in the book! Free breakfast, discounted room, upgraded room… just felt crazy to return again as the hotel exerted zero effort to make me feel like a welcome guest, after I’d payed full price for everything last year and now again

Close and convenient great hotel
This hotel is graat. It lives up up to everything it advertised. The one thing to note is the shuttle from transfer to and from airport is only free from the airport to the hotel the there is a charge to get back to the airport so just be aware at at the time of writing it was 6 Swiss Francs per person per trip and i think it ran every 30 mins but check with hotel. We requested advice prior to arriving and the the hotel was very prompt in getting back to us. There is a restaurant at the hotel and room service but if arriving late food options get limitedl fast the resturants all close around 9-10pm ish but there are some delivery options. There are some restaurants you can walk to in under 10 mins which we did. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good size. Service at check in was Fantastic staff were great and extremely welcoming, very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't have any issues staying there again. We had a very small issue on check in but again the it wasn't a problem and they dealt with it very quickly and it did not cause us any inconvenience or issues so we wer grateful as it was late a night and after travelling all day the last thing we wanted was a problem to delay getting to our room. The only thing is i dont think there was a fridge in the room ( could be wrong little things like this blended after a month of hotel rooms.) So if you need a fridge just check. Great hotel, great area and safe and only minutes to the airport .

The Hilton Hotel has never failed. They are some of the most well know establishments to stay. This particular hotel is beautiful and the food was really A quality. I loved it, thank you so much.

The hotel was peaceful but didnt feel particuarly welcoming to a young family. The food was pleasant and reasonably priced. We were however only provided with 1 room key for a family when 2 would have been helpful.

Easy to get to from the airport, transportation is on a schedule no need to call for a ride. Returning to the airport from the hotel be prepared to pay. Be prepared to pay for breakfast that should be complamentary.

The hotel while not inexpensive is good. The issue is that at an airport hotel which as stated above is not inexpensive they charge you 6 Swiss francs each to transport you back to the airport. Happily however pillows were included in the price and no additional charge was levied !!!
