The ladies during our check-in were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent for the price, with a wide selection of food and drinks. Location is excellent, right there in Tram 4 Technopark stop! The only thing lacking is there are not enough towel racks and hooks for jackets and pants. It may be good to have exhaust fans in the toilet and shower.

Good choice for basic service in the very expensive city of Zurich. Easy acess to the city centre by tram in less than 15min.

Super easy to get around due to the tram station right outside of the property, and the building is overall very quiet. Some downsides are that the showers weren't in a separate room (which wasn't a huge deal for us but might be for those who need more privacy) and the doors slam, which is very disruptive to neighbouring rooms. Otherwise, a fairly positive stay.

Stay far away from this property like the plague. Was informed of a bed bug infestation shortly after checkin. Did not sleep well and room was hideous. Never stay here ever please.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the worst was the vending machine which kept F50 deposit for days. Don't use it!
