Pros: The wait staff in the Restaurant was quite good.
Cons: Front desk staff needs to be forthcoming about situations.
Location: There is nothing to do, nor places to go nearby. You must travel by {expensive} cab to reach anywhere.
Although we arrived early, we could not get into our room until mid-afternoon. Wesaw several other early arrivers obtain a room, but we discovered {on our own,} why we could not get into our room; it was because the Hotel had us booked into a particular type of room, {which was MUCH different than we had booked and paid for 8 months ago,}... This turned out to be an Expedia.com situation where they took our $ and then booked a room far inferior than we expected. The Hotel would do nothing to rectify this except offer to upgrade us to what we were told we had booked {by Expedia}... for another 40 Swiss Francs! The room we ended up with was horrible, several items did not work, and it was noisey, had no view {other than a rooftop.} Given that this review is rather negative {unfortunately,} I doubt it will be posted, but we are being asked about our experience, and frankly, I would never get involved with this Hotel, or with Expedia again... it was a dis-heartening start to our long, and much anticipated holiday in Europe.

Great Beer😃and nice Courtyard caffe. Stayed one night at the Movenpick Hotel and loved it. The staff was fabulous and extremely helpful . The room was a nice size with comfortable bed and good amenities. Location was great ...would definately stay agai

Perfect Hotel except accurate GPS address.

Pros: Hotel Staff.
Cons: Address for GPS.
Location: Location was close to Airport and slightly away from heart of City.
I have stayed two nights in the hotel during my Zurich, Switzerland visits and we found that hotel is very good, staff was very good and supportive, high occupancy level, nice shuttle to airport. food was very good but having less options for vegetarians. Only thing disturbed me is my check-in, address provided by Expedia is not accurate hence, i spend some time to figure out the accurate address by GPS. Hope same can be corrected / updated. The rest is very good.

Location: A noite por causa do mal atendimento no restaurante fomos em um restaurante maravilhoso, Onde fomos super bem atendidos. Demos uma bela gorjeta
Hotel excelente. Não sei se o restaurante é do hotel. Equipe do restaurante recepcionista e garçonetes ruins de atendimento, grosseiras, respondem com falta de respeito, fingem que não vêem você chamando. Em todas as nossas viagens sempre damos boas gorjetas aos funcionários que nos tratam bem. Pergunte se estes funcionários receberam gorjetas? Nem um centavo devemos valorizar os bons profissionais. Se o restaurante for do hotel gentileza averiguar pois isso denigre a imagem deste excelente hotel.

Soggiorno veloce

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia ( moglie e 2 figli) in questo hotel per una notte di passaggio mentre andavo in Germania dall'Italia. L'hotel é ottimo, il prezzo più basso degli hotel della stessa categoria, pulito casa confortevole, la camera da 4 persone molto spaziosa. Zurigo si raggiunge in auto in 10 minuti.

Saved the day!!

Pros: Friendliness of staff
After a hellish day of travel, my wife and 7 y/o daughter and I stayed here for a night before catching a flight the next morning. Upon arrival they gave our daughter a ticket for free ice cream. All the staff was so pleasant, from the front desk to the restaurant. Decent prices (for Zurich) and excellent food and drinks out on the terrace changed a bad day to a good night. The room was clean, comfy and there are over 200 cable channels from all countries/languages to choose from. The free airport shuttle was punctual and they even have a countdown clock in the lobby for the next arrival. All in all, worth the money and I would stay here again.

All night air conditioning ventilation tubing rattled loudly every 20 min for 1 min starting. at 2:30 am Manager did not care even though they overheard it No apology - I was told I received the room category I booked

Good location for train stop. No air conditioning

Good location for train stop. Needs better air conditioning. Power can be an issue. Use the right plugs so the room card doesn't interfere with power.

This is an environmental assignment in Switzerland. Due to the very untypical high temperatures in the last weeks, we understand that it was of course really warm in the room. Comfy room and well-organised staff

We had a great, brief stay at Moevenpick Hotel by the airport in Zurich. The rooms were just as we had requested, the pick-up from and back to the airport was perfectly on time. Also: we had written the hotel to request a type of bed and they actually replied well within 24 hours. Very nice.
