Ok hotel if your goal is being close to airport

We chose this hotel because it offered a free shuttle to & from the airport. I can honestly say that is the only thing I enjoyed about the experience. When we arrived, it took almost 20 minutes to check in. The hotel staff member almost tried to charge me a second time, even though I had already paid through expedia. Our reservation was for a queen bed. We got a handicapped room (which was not an issue) but the room only had a double bed. We were told that they were completely booked and could not change the room. The bathroom shower had long dark hair on the floor where someone did not clean properly. I also would say that, like everywhere in Switzerland, the prices for food and beverages were ridiculously overpriced for what you get. We did not eat in the restaurant but coffee was 5 francs for about 4 oz of not very good coffee.
