部屋が広く見晴らしの良いホテル

Pros: 部屋がとても広く、高層階はとても見晴らしが良い
Location: 市街地に近く観光に便利である。
シャワーハンドルがとても硬くて、回すのに非常に苦労した。女性の力では難しかった。温度調節のハンドルとはスムーズに回すことができたので、明らかにメンテナンスの必要があると思う。

Pros: Nice
Cons: Cleanliness of room dusty
Even though hotel was out of city center easy to get to with tram very nice assortment breakfast included Found out that Zurich has a law regarding air conditioning after we inquired at front desk room felt warm

Enttäuschend

Pros: Freundlicher Empfang Große Suite und sehr sauber
Cons: Alle obengenannten Kritikpunkte Und das dürftige Frühstückbuffet mit Service, was nicht einer fünf Sterne Hotelkategorie entspricht
Location: Schlecht zugänglich mit einem Auto, da sehr viele Baustellen sich in der Umgebung befinden. Die Stadt ist alles andere wie autofreundlich. Stau!
Die Hotelkategorie entspricht in unseren Augen maximal vier Sterne Superieur. - kein Parkservice - kein Conciergeservice Die Reseption war bei Anreise sowie bei Abreise unterbesetzt. Eine Wartezeit von guten 15min mussten wir hinnehmen. Dieses haben wir in anderen fünf Sterne Hotels noch nie erlebt. Bei Anreise wurde uns an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass für unsere beiden Töchter das Sofabett hergerichtet wurde. Dieses war bei betreten der Suite nicht der Fall. Im Übrigen wurden wir auch nicht von einem Hotelangestellten auf unser Zimmer geleitet. Der herbeigerufene Zimmerservice war übrigens überfordert mit dem herrichten des Sofabettes. Erst das Zimmermädchen war dazu in der Lage. Der einzige positive Eindruck den wir bekamen, ist der freundliche Angestellte bei der Anreise an der Rezeption gewesen. Dieser hat uns alles sehr ausführlich erklärt. Das Frühstück war leider auch sehr enttäuschend für diese Hotelkategorie. Wir wurden beim Betreten des Frühstücksbereichs nicht freundlich begrüßt, sondern sehr kaltherzig und herabwürdigend nach unserer Zimmernummer gefragt. Nach diesem Empfang wurden wir zu einem ungedeckten und schmutzigen Tisch geleitet. Dieser wurde in unserer Anwesenheit gereinigt und danach gedeckt, wobei man dieses eher als hinschmeissen bezeichnen konnte. Kaffee etc. war übrigens Selbstbedienung und von zwei Maschinen funktionierte nur eine Maschine. Mein Mann wurde von einem anderen Hotelgast darauf hingewiesen.

New and clean rooms

Pros: New, clean and spacious rooms. Great for business travellers.
Cons: The only downside is the location being a little far from city centre.
Location: This hotel is slightly off from city centre (and the main train station).
The rooms conditions are great - new, clean, and spacious. The inside of the hotel feels like a very typical 4-star hotel geared towards mainly business travellers. The upside is that you'll get comfortable with the stay very quickly, the downside is that you may lack the unique European experience if that's what you're looking for. We were travelling with a toddler, and they gave us a much bigger room that I would expect, which was a pleasant surprise. I also like my full-height window overlooking the city. The hotel is slightly away from the city centre though. You can get there by train or tram, but even the closest train station is still a good 7-10 min walk, which makes a difference if you have lots of lugguages.

Bad location and very pedestrian in every aspect. 40 Swiss francs for breakfast also seemed quite hi on a three star hotel.

Restaurant was excellent. Recommend don't stay on 14th floor if you don't want to be woken up my someone running on a treadmill in the gym on the 15th floor.

Pros: コスパ。クオリティ。快適さ。
Cons: なし
Location: ちょっと離れているが、トラムまで1分なので、わるくない。
グローバル基準のチェーンなので、クオリティ高く、問題ない。レストランで夕食を取ったが、スタッフの対応が最高で、テラス席で優雅に食べられた。部屋からの鉄道やアルプスの山々のランドスケープもいい。

Hotel bonito.

El hotel esta bien, pero hay que coger un tranvía para desplazarse al centro, nosotros necesitamos una cama adicional y nos pusieron un plegatin un poco incomo . El restaurante del hotel muy caro. Al lado del hotel hay una cafetería-panadería que para desayunar viene muy bien.
