Nice rooms, good customer service and nice stay

Pros: Room layout, facilities, customer service.
Cons: It could be mentioned that there is ongoing remodeling that guests should not be give rooms next to source of the noise.
Location: Right next to major train station with bus/tram connections. Number of supermarkets and malls nearby.
The location of the hotel, rooms and amenities are great. I was even upgraded to Business Room from the standard after check in. However my stay in the room was really short - at the same floor remodeling was going on with really loud drilling noise. After reporting this to the check in desk I was promptly moved to 21st floor. This time I got the (originally booked) standard room which does not feature unique layout of the business rooms - bath/shower right next to the bed. The room also did not have Nespresso machine which is standard in Business rooms but I did not mind. There is spa, exercise room and hot and dry sauna at the top floor with great views. Access to the facilities is free to all hotel guests. Spa/sauna closes at 10PM while exercise room with pool is open for 24h. Highly recommended if you can find a deal and stay.

Helpful staff and nice decorations at the lobby. When I ask for early check in the staff kindly accept that cause on Sunday in Zurich is so quiet. Nice atmosphere

Nice hotel close to train station

We got the our room on the 26th floor the view was amazing over seeing the city. Hotel is across from train station, restaurants and shops.

A comfortable stay.

The hotel is situated next to Oerlikon station which is very convenient for transport to and from the city centre. You don't hear any noise from the train line at all. Our room was very comfortable, the check in process was fast, the hotel staff were professional and friendly and breakfast at Le Muh downstairs was very enjoyable.

제목 그대로 입니다. 예약한 객실이 보장되지 않습니다. 21시경 호텔에 도착해 체크인을 했습니다. 특별한 설명 없이 객실을 배정 받았습니다. 6개월전에 클래식룸,퀸베드,시내전망으로 예약하고 객실료 지불도 완료했습니다. 객실에 들어서니 싱글 베드 두 개와 간이 침대가 놓여져 있더군요. 프론트에 객실 교체를 요청하니 퀸베드가 있는 빈 방이 없다고 합니다. 예약을 확인하라고하니 퀸베드 객실이 없다고 반복 하더군요. 다음날 다시 얘기하라네요. 도대체 예약은 왜 받는지.. 피곤하여 간이 침대 빼달라고하고 싱글침대 붙여서 더블베드로 하루를 보내고 일어나서 씻고 바로 프론트로 갔습니다. 이번엔 우리에게 따지더군요. 객실이 없는데 어쩌라는거냐.. 내가 객실을 배정한게 아니다.(전날 체크인 때 직원은 퇴근 했겠지요.) 마음에 들지 않냐.. 체크아웃 할꺼냐.. 이부분에서 폭발했습니다. 예약 내용도 보장해 주지 않으면서 마음에 안들면 나가라니.. 언성을 높여 몇차례 같은 항의를 하니 조식을 이용할 수 있게 해주겠다더군요. 그럼 남은 3일치를 달랬더니 그건 안된답니다. 다시 처음으로 돌아가 수차례 같은 항의를 하니 기다리라하고 프론트 뒷편(사무실?이 그곳인가 봅니다.)을 다녀오더니 아무말도 없이 컴퓨터을 만지고 퀸베드 객실로 바꿔줬답니다. 뭐지.. 퀸베드 객실이 없다고해서 예약한 내용이 지켜지지않았으니 예약한 내역에 맞는 방을 요구한 것이고 객실이 없는데 어쩌냐고해서 예약을 이행하지 않은 호텔 측 잘못이니 객실을 배정해 달라고 반복 요청한 것인데 이제와서 퀸베드 객실을 주겠다니.. 처음엔 왜 없다고했냐 했더니 퀸베드 객실 줬는데 왜 그러냐고 하더군요. 계속 말해봐야 달라질게 없겠다 싶어 호텔 측에 정식으로 항의를 하기 위해 직원 이름을 물었더니 뭐라고 하더군요. 적어서 달랬더니 그건 안된답니다. 컴플레인을 제기할 것이라면 매니저를 불러 주겠다더군요. 매니저(Nelson Tytus)는 본인들이 '실수'를 했다고 하더군요. 그 부분만 다를 뿐 나머지는 같았습니다. 퀸베드 객실을 새로 줬으니 됐다는 식으로 얘기하더군요. 처음부터 다시 설명을 했더니 원하는게 뭐냐고 하더군요. 이 호텔은 이렇구나.. 싶어 그만 뒀습니다. Caution must. Reservations are not guaranteed. Reservations and complete the payment and arrived at 21 the day of booking. The hotel rooms had a double bed. I had booked a queen bed room. Requests a replacement , but the hotel room was not empty . Next day. The answer seemed. Continue talked a complain. It was eventually replaced with a queen bed room. If you want to reserve a room, talking to complaints. Again again..

Hotel right across from train station

Pros: Location
Hotel was right across from the train station...a 5 minute train ride from the airport and 5 minute train ride from "old town". Hotel staff were very helpful. Hotel is nice...only downside is the bathroom is a little small.

チェックイン時から長く待たされた。それでもチェックイン時はまだましで、チューリッヒの街の地図を広げて、ホテルの場所と、街の中心地までの行き方や街の歩き方を説明してくれた。 チェックアウトは最悪だった。おはようの挨拶もまともに帰ってこない。無言で端末を叩き、システムダウンしたと言って、隣のカウンターに移りまた無言で端末を叩く。 予約した部屋は無料wifi込みだったのにwifi代が請求書に載ってきて、それは部屋代に込みのはずというと、何も言わず削除して請求書を発行し直す。しはらいが済んだら、領収書はいるか?と面倒くさそうに聞かれ、いると言ったら、無言で領収書を差し出しそれだけ。ありがとうとか、良い1日をとかの一言もなしでした。 部屋は結構古く、エアコンの吹き出し口が、窓側の左半分に偏っていて、吹き出し口周辺だけが寒い。バスルームのドアは磨りガラスでおしゃれなのかもしれないが、ドアのすぐ後ろが便器なので、用を足しているのが透けて見える。またバスルームはバスタブはあるものの、着替えるには狭い。 シャワーはお湯側にタップをひねると、極端に水流が弱くなる。水でシャワーを浴びたくないので、ある程度我慢できるぬるま湯でシャワーを浴びようとすると、水流が弱すぎる。 部屋は掃除が隅々まで行き届いていない。ゴミ箱をどけたら、壁にイチゴのヘタがへばりついていた。(多分前の宿泊客が食べたものだろう) LANは無線と有線が使えると部屋の説明書に書いてあり、ケーブルも備え付けられていたが、ケーブル接続ではネットに繋がらなかった。 良いところは、鉄道やトラムの駅、バス停はホテルから徒歩1分もかからないし、チューリッヒの街や空港にも電車に乗れば、最速で5-6分とアクセスが良い点。 また、朝食の内容も素晴らしい。 とにかくホテルの第一印象を決めたり、最後に印象をリカバーするべきレセプションの対応を改善すべきと思う。

Convenient and modern business hotel. It is also suitable for family short visit. Swimming pool is a bonus.

Very good urban hotel, with OK swimming pool

Cons: Bring swimming pool area up to the luxury standards of the spa overall
Swisshotel Zurich was a good venue for my one day stayover for business. Everything works well, including the location - walking around, access to local shops, there is usually a taxi or some parked outside the main entrance. In addition to basic safety, comfort, room quality, I care a lot about the swimming pool: Set within wider 'spa' environment, the pool is good for walking, stretching, with a stunning, top floor all glass 360 view of the city, mountains and lake. It is on the smaller size, but with a deep end, kept at a slightly warmer than usual temperature. Poolside shower could be less primitive. The staff are genuinely helpful. Overall good value.
