Upon arriving to the property, there was a woman screaming that her luggage had been stolen from outside of the office. Got to the room and immediately noticed large amounts of black mold on the headboard of one of the beds. There were dead cockroaches on the floor. When I left to go to the store, my son (who is autistic) stayed to take a shower. He texted me shortly after, in a panic, saying that he was locked inside of the bathroom. The bathroom door did not have a lock on either side, it was just in such poor condition that it had jammed shut. When I arrived, I notified the staff and they had to come ram the door open. I went to the office to report the mold, cockroaches, and overall horrible condition and uncleanliness of the room. The answer I got was “well, you can try to find a room elsewhere”. This is by far the worst hotel I have EVER been to. DO NOT stay here!
