"Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning."

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"I have spent 4 days 3 nights in the apartment with my husband for our honeymoon trip. It was so wonderful that we were upgraded to another floor with spectacular view of Matterhorn (haus nina). The apartment is very comfortable and sweet. Kitchen has all cooking utensils you need and there is a large oven, the pots for cheese fondue, meat fondue and raclette. Thanks again to staff from Zermatt holiday for pick up us in train station and kindly recommended a 3-day itinerary to us(Sadly I forgot...

"It’s the most beautiful place in Zermatt, overlooking the fascinating Matterhorn. The staff are gracious and very helpful, provided a free Taxi from and to the train station. It’s a walking distance from all restaurants, stores and cafes. Highly recommended!"

"This is a roomy apartment for 3\. The bedroom is large. The combined sitting room and dining room are spacious. The furniture is comfortable. The full kitchen is well stocked. The twin bed folds down from the wall and has a good mattress. Located across the street from the train station. This is a nice home away from home."

"The best thing about this hotel was the view of the Matterhorn at sunrise from our window and balcony. The room wasn’t particularly large but decent sized for Europe. As with other hotels we stayed at in Europe, the rooms ran warm even with our radiator in the off position. We had a door to the balcony that we would leave open for hours at a time to cool our room down (in early April). The bathroom was small but satisfactory although the towels were quite thin. The breakfast buffet was okay- coffee on demand, fresh fruit cereals, yogurt and breads. No eggs cooked to order and no pastries."
