“I really enjoyed my stay at Reddington Beach Hotel. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and worth the price. Room service was good, breakfast and dinners were delicious, and I especially enjoyed morning yin yoga by the pool.
My concern was that several advertised amenities were unavailable or not working. I chose the hotel partly for the spa, but the steam room and jacuzzi were out of order, and body scrubs and facials were unavailable. My massage also……
“I booked and paid online with Expedia which of recent has become my favorite. Little did I know Expedia was no longer working with Lagoon Beach Hotel. I got there and I was told this. I had to pay again to have a place to stay. I will therefore request that Expedia to refund the money I paid online. Otherwise it will be considered as a deliberate scam on the part of Expedia. I cannot understand why Expedia suspended their work with Lagoon Beach Hotel and still keep the hotel on their website.……
“Canceled booking and went down the street. This place is severely lacking. Pictures look nothing like the place. Dark hallways. Wires hanging from ceiling. I’m glad we left. ”
