We called the number on our reservation and there was no answer. We called the main number for another Ruby property and were told to check in at the hotel next door. They were helpful and we got to our room. Breakfast is served off property at a third Ruby hotel, across the busy street. Who wants to do that? Because everyone had to get in their cars to go to breakfast. The parking lot noise in the morning was very loud and woke us up. The parking lot is right outside your rooms, especially on the 1st floor. Maybe 10 steps from the hotel room to the parking lot. They had a sign in the bathroom that said unlimted hot water brought to you by propane. The hot water lasted maybe 5 minutes. Maybe. We would not stay here again but would probably stay at one of the other Ruby properties. They looked nicer.
