“Building was just sold and no cable or elevator. Couple floors were being remodeled so we didn’t stay. It happens.”

“I arrived at midnight. Theres no elevator and I was on the third floor. The characters in the lobby were sketchy. When I entered my room the entry light did not work, the pillow cases were stained and the bathroom tub was so nasty i stood on a towel to shower. Had It not been midnight I would have left. I only stayed one night and checked out the next morning despite having two nights booked. The room looked nothing like the picture… It was terrible!”

“I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself. Another issue I had was that I cut my foot on a small shard of glass on the pool deck. The floor is made of tiny pebbles in grout,, and I am sure it is difficult to clean up after a……

“We chose the room with fireplace and 2 extra suites but only the 2 of us! But I thought the front view would be better but I’d prefer not such a noisy street below since apparently “dually” large jacked up trucks are a thing- and very loud all night lol. But honestly, so clean, such a sweet guest service at check in/out and the restaurant inside, the filet was perfect! Really enjoyed the experience for our first wedding anniversary as every antique photo in our room was of marriage certificates……
