“This is the best hotel I have stayed at. Very clean . Staff are all wonderful. However the young man Joseph at the front desk was exceptional. Felt so welcome as soon as you enter the hotel. Joseph was welcoming and so pleasant ”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”
