“Showed up to “we see your reservation but we don’t have a room.” At 7pm no call no message prior to arriving. Refused to refund wouldn’t answer the phone for Expedia to give me a refund so I can book another room last minute. Took 2 days to answer the phone and finally was able to receive a refund. Staff at desk were so rude and showed no remorse or respect to someone who was stressed and calm about needing a refund to get a room and a refund. ”

“I witnessed staff be rude multiple times over the phone while in the lobby. One women hung up the phone on someone. The bed is very creaky and wasn’t very comfortable. They give you free bad wifi but you have to pay $7 to get good wifi you can actually do stuff with. You can’t cast anything to the tv so I hope you like watching cable”
