“Upon arrival the staff at the desk was exceptional. Very nice and welcoming. The rooms very clean and beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. ”

“由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。”

“The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced”

“Very clean. We were woken by front desk calling at 1130 pm asking our names and telling us we are in the wrong room. Then proceeded to hang up and said would call back. We had both taken medication. We were frantic and got dressed and went downstairs. Someone had entered our booking incorrectly. No apology. No comp. Nothing. My anxiety was so high thinking we were losing our room that I could not sleep. ”

“They charged me 200 extra even tho no smoking was even done in the room. ”

“The staff was nice, the room was mostly clean and the hotel was quiet. Not sure what all the breakfast had but me and my daughter got muffins, I got the last one. I had a coffee also. The tub had peeling paint and was a little dirty. It had this spongey matt on the bottom and it was a little dirty underneath. Was a little grossed out by that but overall the stay was good. ”
