“I was travelling from Canada on a road trip to the US. My friend and I stayed overnight at this hotel to break up the first part of the trip. During the check in process, my driver's license was scanned and not returned. I didn't realize until we arrived at my next destination and was very disappointed as I was not going through Findlay again on my way home. I contacted the hotel and was told to speak to the manager on Monday to make arrangements to have the ID returned to me. Mojo did send……

“Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.”
