“It needs to be cleaned really bad”

“Easy to drive to the lake, adequate breakfast to fuel the day. Our room said it would sleep 6 when I reserved. When we got there it was a king and foldout sofa. We were a party of 5. Requested a rollaway, but it never appeared. We put one of the kids on a pallet on the floor.”

“Nothing fancy about this motel at all but overall clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating . The reason I am given a poor rating has nothing to do with the staff it is because this motel is used as a shelter for addicts and homeless . I would have liked to have known this information prior to booking .”

“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy……
