“Our stay was amazing!! The house has been updated beautifully and the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. The lake view is breathtaking from the house, and the private dock is a little slice of heaven! Our property manager was so nice and helpful. We’re from CA and stayed for the weekend to go to Talladega. The only thing we were not expecting were the scorpions! There were 10 (we counted) LIVE scorpions on the first floor that we found our first night there, and found many more dead……

“Great value hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Good sized bathroom. Rooms are a bit dim, but it didn’t bother me personally. It’s no longer a Best Western. It’s a Red Roof Inn. It’s only 2 floors but there is no elevator. The staff however was very friendly, helpful, and quick to address any needs I had. We even got an upgrade for free simply for asking!! Overall, great stay for the price!! ”

“Warm and welcoming hosts, awesome cabin style farmhouse in the perfect setting for us! 1 mile to hiking trails, a beautifully maintained yard, birds a plenty and a big sky of bright stars at night without lots of light pollution. A piece of heaven for us. Thanks again!”
