“arrived to check in on July 25, 2025 and found motel closed and out of business. no one contacted me from Hotels.com or Motel 6 in Llion, NY to inform me that the hotel closed since I booked it in December 2024. Had to make other arrangements since it was the baseball hall of fame weekend and no other hotels were available. stayed one hour and a half from Cooperstown, NY.”

“Wonderful property managers and staff, friendly and helpful. A beautiful property and nice, well stocked cabins. They even provided bedding. My only disappointment was that we had the only cabin that was not directly on the river.”

“Staff was rude and dismissive. Told me to have hotels call them to let my bf check in for me and I came to the hotel and was told the phone doesn’t even work”

“The room was clean except the toilet seat had sticky stuff on it. It did wash off fine. It was bare bones but worth the cost. It did have a small microwave, mini frig and newer type TV. It was a bit drafty and in the morning I could see light coming from around the door. But the heater kept the room warm. All in all for the price I paid per night was worth it. I would recommend it to someone just looking for a bed and no frills. ”
