“The vending machines seemed like they were stuck in the 1980s at the Northwood Ohio location. As soon as I walked into the hotel it had an odd smell, the elevator was broken or needed repairs the next day, my room had an odd smell as well so I bought some air freshener to help, there’s only one old washing machine and one old dryer so you have an entire hotel guesstimating when their laundry will be done. Another thing I didn’t like was that the hair dryer was broken and I asked the guy do you……

“I booked a hot tub king suite. Then when I arrived they said expedia always make that mistake of booking the wrong room. Never experienced nothing like it”

“The first room we had had bed bugs and once we were moved to another room the sheets had makeup and blood stains... very disappointed. And then to make it better our tire got a screw in their parking lot from the renovations happening. Tire accidents can happen but surely didnt feel worth the stay. We ended up booking elsewhere for the remainder of the stay.”
