“The breakfast area on the first day was extremely clean and well stocked. On the second day the tables and area were not as clean. The interior needs to be updated due to age and stains. The desk attendant was very friendly.”

“Staff was great! The hotel needs security out front. Every time we sat outside waiting on a rideshare, a homeless person was harassing someone. Also, the hotel needs a remodel. Lots of mold in the bathroom ceiling and halls. Behind the front desk, they had buckets catching water from the ceiling. Breakfast was good !”

“I liked that it was close to broadway but the noise was horrible. We had to move rooms before sleeping because the lock on the door was broken. The staff checking in where quiet rude. She couldn’t stop looking at her phone while checking us in and still wouldn’t make eye contact through the whole check-in process seemed like whoever she was talking to on her cell phone texting was more important.”

“If you were driving, parking is great. Staff could be a bit more receptive to concerns. Room was reasonably clean but toilet problems were NOT addressed.”

“PLEASE READY BEFORE BOOKING A ROOM!!!! Although the staff was friendly, the hotel was horrible. The room had roaches. The bathtub had putty in the drain. My daughter went to take a shower and the water wouldn't drain. The swamp cooler had mold. The bed creaked so bad I was afraid to move. The place looked like a hooker hotel. It reminded me of the projects apartments in South Central or Watts on movies or the slums in New York. I had two rooms, one for me and my two daughters and one for my son……
