“No amenities. No breakfast no tolietries no silverware or really anything if so had wanted to use the kitchen area. Doors were not sealed at keyhole or bottom. Had reserved online through Expedia. Checked in showed my ID thought all was good. Got woke up by room phone asking me to come to front desk at 10pm to be told my reservation wasn’t valid. After showing confirmation and ID again was told that it wasn’t prepaid like I didn’t know this as I made the reservation. Was charged for what I……

“Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. Very convenient to food, with in walking distance.”

“It looked like a drug hang out. I should have asked for a refund from Expedia. I was on the road and haven’t had time to call to see if I can be reimbursed.”

“The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.”

“Staff was not very friendly, but perhaps this was due to the late hour of our arrival. The exterior of the model was not very clean, and there were a lot of crickets by the doors this time of year. This room was musty but running the air conditioner helped. Not the most comfortable place to stay.”
