“The fact that the bedroom was a separate space with a door from the “living room” area was a fantastic feature that I wish all hotels offered. We were able to have a great time in the living area and have a separate space to sleep. The room did have a musty odor upon arrival but with the a/c on when we returned the smell dissipated. The sheets had a stain on it, I am assuming it was washed but a left over stain which was off putting but I understand it can happen. There was a stain on couch……

“Absolutely horrendous! Where do I start. Airconditioning didn't work...stuck at 74. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.. Plastic bag covered the smoke detector...probably to hide the smoking. Plate cover on door lock hanging off. Went to flush toilet and it wouldn't...realized the water to it was turned off. Turned it on and realized why...the toilet ran like a fountain! Mirror was propped up against dresser because it clearly fell off the wall. I don't usually like to complain, but upon checkout……

“I was staying for one night. I drove 8 hours from Ohio so I would be there to pick up my kid from camp the next day. When I arrived, they could not check me in because the system was down. After waiting in the lobby for an hour, Jeff manually checked me in. Jeff was great. However the experience was still frustrating. At check-out, they couldn't check me out so now I have no idea how much they are going to charge me. I am going to be incredibly disappointed if I get charged full price.”
