“The motel was rotten with mold, none of the appliances were plugged in on arrival, the pool (out of season) was absolute green and disgusting to look at, they refused to move our room when the toilet wouldn't flush, the shower was backed up, the curtains were broken, and black mold was so bad it was visible on the walls and cabinet under the sink, the bed left your skin absolutely itchy, the floors were disgusting and the night stands were covered in whatever the previous guests had left. When……

“The hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that our room did not come with blackout curtains, only the shades, so at 6:30 in the morning the room was full of sunlight, waking us both up when we were really looking forward to sleeping in a bit. ”

“AC did not work. I went to a few places and when I got back is what I realized it wasn’t working and they refused to change rooms because I had already been there checked in for three hours, although I was gone, he came in fiddled with it and could not fix it I ended up leaving at 3 o’clock in the morning because of how hot it was. The AC didn’t work in the previous room either but the lady who was working was nice and changed the rooms. They clearly need to do some upgrades with their AC.……

“I booked this room because of the recommendations i read, it was nothing like the pictures or the reviews! The non smoking room wreaked of smoke. There was a red stain on the carpet, I'm not sure what that was, there were black pubic hairs in the shower, the carpet was falling apart at the seams, they had a toilet lid on the commode that didn't fit. Poor lighting outside didn't help 2 women feel safe walking up to our door.”
