"Staff was great, breakfast was filling and the shuttle was on time and dropped us right where we needed to go. Great hotel for a night before or after flight out of DTW. "

"I had the family room. There were only 2 towels when I arrived. I had to wait 8 hours just for towels. The tub wouldn’t drain correctly it took 24 hours just for them to fix. The sink started leaking. The microwave in the main area was filthy. It was pizza boxes and chips all throughout the common areas. Half of the arcade games wasn’t working at all unplugged. They were clearly understaffed. It was horrible."

"I would be remiss in not leaving a review! I truly enjoyed my stay here for about 6 days actually. Totally impressed and l have had the privilege to travel so many places in and out the USA in my lifetime. And being a former flight attendant along with travel benefits, l have been to many hotels so l can spot a nice one when l come across one. From Melanie at the breakfast buffet to the grill bar with Carl and the staff for fun times and good conversation with the guests this is a great place! The swimming pool, offices and conference spaces are great and the gym! This hotel offers very clean rooms and is quiet l found. l left a beautiful noisy Airbnb (upstairs guests) early to check in here and find quiet solace. All of the hosts are just the nicest people and the managers always greet you with a quick hello and how’s your stay? Therefore, being a realtor of many years and you’re coming to Michigan and staying in Oakland County I highly suggest that you stay here. It’s located right next to the freeways, near restaurants and just all in all a nice comfortable place. I cannot imagine anyone giving this place less stars. The only thing I would want to recommend is being able to use a casting system on the TV, which l understand they are doing! All in all l give it high marks!! "

"The hot tub had black particles coming out of it and the lady at the front desk Jessica never even offered to accommodate me. She just said OK then when I asked her for the property manager number she told me where the car was at, but it was the number to the hotel as if I don’t know how to find the number"

"The main amenities were broken, pool and hot tub, which is why we booked this stay. The place didn’t have any carts to use to load our items. Breakfast was great though, i loved the selections and the layout of the place was awesome. The room wasn’t super clean in the bathroom, looked like leftover sticker gems like a heart and glitter on the floor and when i wiped the ground the towel was black. The shower curtain didn’t hold any water in the shower so the whole floor was soaked and the fan for ventilation didn’t work so it was extremely hot to shower, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running for 6 hours while we left. it kept randomly running new water it was odd. our neighbors across the hall screamed almost all night. the beds and blankets and pillows were awesome and the set up of the room was cool. the view of the trash can wasn’t very nice but it was still fun. "
