“I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. “Great hotel! We stayed here on our family vacation for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the luxury king suite was the largest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in so all 5 of us were very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone! Breakfast each day was good, your standard continental breakfast items although I do wish they had decaf coffee available. The hot tub and pool were nice as well. Would highly recommend staying here 😊”
