“Booked 2 nights in a Family room with my wife and son. Everything was great. The room was very clean, nice beds, fridge stocked with some free drinks. Breakfast was decent but could be a little better. Staff was excellent, very helpful, courteous and cheerful. ”

“Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls.”
