“It was a great stay. Having a restaurant open for all 3 meals was a great convenience. Even though I did not want the sheets or towels changed, I requested for tea/coffee refreshment. But it seems they forgot to do that. But the front desk was very responsive and helped out immediately.|”

“Hotel staff was very gracious and accomodating in allowing me to check-in an hour early, once room was cleaned, enabling to get started on some necessary paperwork. Only criticism was that the breakfast for my two-day stay was the same with very little animal protein, except for boiled eggs and sausage gravy. Way too heavy on the carbs.”

“Cozy little cabin. Just right for our family of 4 to stay while visiting App State and tour the area for a long weekend. Only complaint was having an inspector wake us up the morning of checkout due to a communication issue from someone he was told the property wouod be vacant.”

“The apartment was so cozy and inviting! Our time spent in West Jefferson was relaxing and fun! Jim and Kathy were perfect hosts. The space is beautiful, very clean and full of surprises. We especially loved being able to stay in and prepare a couple of meals and not have to go out. The pantry was well stocked with anything we could have needed. Kathy even provided coffee, creamer and small bottles of OJ. We enjoyed using the popcorn machine as a treat while we relaxed too! We will definitely be……
