“Room was a good size with decent air con. Helpful and friendly staff who let us leave luggage before and after check in. Varied continental buffet at breakfast. Close to the bus station. Only negative was the shower head kept falling off so you had to hold it. It’s about 10 mins walk to the centre. Overall a good choice for a short stay in Pula”

“This is a terrible property ... completely false advertising. NOT family friendly. For a family of 7, with 3 toddlers and 2 infants ... they made me reserve 2 suites as they claimed that we could not fit in one suite. While checking in, they said, ooops we made a mistake, yes you guys can all stain in one suite. When I asked about the refund for the second suite, they refused to even discuss it. This was paid in full 7 months in advance. Due to horrible conditions, rat infestation of the……
