“The staff were great, no fault to them at all… but the hotel and area surrounding were extremely drab. There is absolutely no vibe or energy at this hotel, the room has no decor, the shower was falling apart. Breakfast was gross. The neighborhood is pretty much the opposite of what you think Crete would be like… pretty much everything about the place was tired and sad. We regrettably booked 19 nights and spent about 14 of them at other hotels in way better areas. ”
