“Nice room”

“Room was very clean and comfortable. The heat was great given that it was very cold lately. Parking was very convenient. Staff very pleasant. Excellent view of the ocean. The only thing we were not fond of was the shared deck. People walk in from of your glass patio doors day and night, must keep shade clard if you want privacy. ”

“The location is centrally located, it’s between Wells beach and Wells harbor. There are excellent restaurants nearby that offer great seafood dishes, as well as international options. I95 is easily accessible, Portland is an easy drive, as well as Cape Elizabeth.”

“Amazing stay with quintessential New England bed and breakfast charm. Easy walk to downtown Kennebunkport. Fantastic breakfast and nice touches like wine available all day.”

“The room was clean, cozy vibes, nice lighting, very spacious, large bathroom and shower. The inn keeper was kind and inviting when we arrived. She showed us around the inn, where we could find what we may need, and also showed us where we could make tea and find treats.”

“My husband and I (and our dog) had a lovely three night stay. The hosts Amelia and Ron were so welcoming, and made us delicious breakfasts. They filled us in on the history of the Inn and the neighboring area. Our room was comfortable and cozy, and we enjoyed the hot cocoa and soft drinks that were always available. Just the post-Christmas getaway we needed. ”
