“I was misled when selecting a room for the night by looking at the amenities and photos. Despite the warm weather, pool was closed for the season- service elevator had to be used because main elevators were out of service and the parking lot had retired mattresses piled up for removal. Our family could have saved ourselves time and money by just selecting a place without a pool that was on the route we were traveling on. ”

“Hotel is clean and comfy, although it is a little bit old. Room is large and quiet. Front desk service is quick and friendly. You can find some decent restaurants nearby.”

“all pretty great - there was some bansna peals out front door needed to be picked up, in toom 201 the shade above bed does not open , but other was great -it was quiet and cool -
the ice machine had front removed needs to be fixed on 2 nd floor-
i can not say enough about the front desk workers day and night - VERY professional!

“The hotel was gross. Spider webs, discolored walls, stains on mattresses, mildew under the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, disgusting pool broken gym equipment. It was so horrible that I took photos.
The only saving grace for the entire stay was the staff. They were incredible. They deserve to be in a hotel that matches their professionalism and welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, they work in a gross hotel. ”

“The lady over the bar and restaurant was very rude. The coffee in the morning was always empty and no one around to ask for more. The pool was green. The trash was overflowing in the bins by the front doors. I will not stay here again. ”
