“Delightful experience at Kazzhol. The room is spacious and even comes with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a terrace and our own treadmill! The breakfast buffet is also abundant with wide variety of good quality food with plenty of time and nice seatings to eat. Location is convenient with money exchange, shops, restaurants, parks, sightseeing places within walking distance. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, they answered our long list of inquiries. This hotel is so much better in person. One……

“The information says that the Airport Shuttle service is 24 hours, but that's a lie. There is no shuttle service provided by the hotel. Other than that, the staff was very nice and hospitable.”

“A comfortable enough stay for those not spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t have special needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are a good size with a modern bathroom. Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick! ”

“In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. But the staff doesn't know how to register our stay in Almaty with the Immigration authorities, when this is a must for every tourist staying more……
