“The bathtub leaked when we took shower.My friend slipped after a shower as very very wet floor. fortunately no hurt for her. Bed cover is not clean and has dusty and there were traces os insets bites on my face. I went to my place to see doctor and pointed out that my face was bitten by insects. Poor WiFi facilities in hotel. Why say free WiFi in hotel . Suggest change better routers to improve WiFi as 4- stars hotel — this is not met the level”

“This hotel is special for so many reasons. All the staff were excellent and so helpful and kind and attentive. Claudia and Enrico were exceptional and we got to know them. So super kind. Rooms had everything you could want and were perfectly cleaned and detailed. Breakfast was special with so many options and the views were unbelievable from our own balcony. We were very touched by our stay at the hotel and the people that own and work there❤️❤️❤️”

“1. 感谢酒店给我们升级到行政海景房，早晨启动电动窗帘，那不勒斯湾与维苏威火山的壮丽景色即映入眼帘，让人激动；晚上遥望对岸灯火闪烁忽明忽灭，又让人陶醉。 2. 浴缸舒适，卫浴设备都不错，唯一不足是冲淋房的热水温度略低开不足。洗漱用品使用了高级的彼得罗夫品牌，效果不错。 3. 房间很大，基本设施齐全，只是一面墙漆成热恋的橘红色有点点慎得慌^_^。 4. 早餐在二楼的景观餐厅，食物丰盛，服务态度彬彬有礼，边吃边看看来往的衣着入时的住客也颇为养眼。5. 酒店的地理位置从火车站要走大概18分钟，从塔索广场大概走10分钟，中间有两道坡要爬，不过为了这景观完全值得。”

“Hotel was perfect! Staff were so helpful. Shuttle into town hourly worked out great. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Great breakfast daily looking out toward Mount Vesuvius was amazing. Front desk arranged for a driver to get us to the Naples airport which I highly recommend. ”
