“Gave our room away because arrived later in the evening. Room construction on the floor, Marijuana smell in the elevator. Room was so cold when we arrived, it felt like the north pole. Parking charged me money but the parking gate wouldn't accept the code sent to me. Had to wait for someone to leave in front of the hotel and park there. I feel ripped off. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and come home on occasion. This is by far one of the worst stays and experience I've ever had. Terrible……

“We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM due to a flight delay and expected to still be able to check in. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. Even during night hours, there should be staff available to assist guests. We called multiple times with no answer and walked around trying to find an employee, but no one was present. After waiting a long time without any help, we were forced to leave and book another hotel. This was very disappointing and not the level of service you would……
