They had one or two people at the front desk. The bar/restaurant ran out of food and tap beer, and they only had one bartender on duty. He was very good but had too many customers. Also, they put me in a room that looked out on the conference floor so it was loud and there was food tables set outside on the 6th floor. Stay away from the 6th floor. They did move me because I needed to be able to rest and open the curtains without everyone at the conference seeing me. It was an odd setup on that floor. Once moved the room was nice and comfortable. The area wasn't the best. As I entered the hotel a woman was getting arrested at the hotel. In the evening there was police activity outside the hotel. It looked like youth fighting. Overall it is a nice hotel but it is huge and if you have problems walking a long distance with bags you may want to stay somewhere else. There is one elevator shaft, and you end up doing a lot of walking to get to your room if on the other side of the hotel.
