“BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. “Kodey got us checked in and even tried to help get my co worker into a handicap accessible room, which we very much appreciated. The hotel needs to be refreshed.
