“We had a late check-in planned (around midnight) and called to let staff know the day before. Sarah advised this was not a problem and to call when we arrived, and she would explain how to get in and find the key for our room. We were able to make it about 2 hours earlier and called; Sarah guided us into the hotel and told us where to find the key. She was terrific!
