“We’ve stayed in the past, this time it seemed off. The room kind of had a smell. This bed not as good as last year at this time. Maybe just an off day.”

“When we got there I had u knowingly ordered a smoking room. The smell as we came off the elevator was horrible. As we found our room two cigarette butts Kay in front of our door in the hallway??? That was shocking. The staff was on top of things and put us on a different floor in a clean smelling room. So my only problem I guess was with housekeeping.”

“Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“The hotel is older but still in good condition. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was also quick. They offered us a trip bag when we checked out with goodies we would need on the road...i.e. water, snacks. Breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from with workers checking on the food and keeping it well stocked. There was plenty of food to choose from. The pool looked clean and inviting……

“What a hidden gem! Stunning and spotless property. So many things to do, hiking, camping, boating, relaxing, there is a huge pool and hot tub on the resort property. The cabins are more secluded but not far, giving you privacy and everything you need. The desk staff were just so friendly and helpful! “Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”
