“Parking was easy, staff were amiable, room was clean… exactly what you hope for in at a value location.”

“We had a great stay at the hotel. We have been theater members from when it opened until we moved out of the area two years ago. So nice to have a place to stay while back visiting. We ate at the restaurant at a bar booth- usually our favorite but while the food was good they seemed very rushed and short staffed with soup coming out cold and drinks delayed.”

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”

“Only one person was helpful and friendly when we first arrived, but it was all downhill from there. Breakfast items run out quickly, and if you even ask about them, you get the rudest treatment. The soaps in the room were not filled upon arrival, and if you ask for refills or even fresh towels, you get the same attitude. The owners or managers need to hire better personnel who actually care about serving this hotel’s guests.”

“This is an exceptional place to stay. The reason it’s a 4 star not a 5 is because there were A LOT of kids for lacrosse and they screamed in the pool and took over the entire pool and lobby. They ran down the hallways and I feel the staff - who was really phenomenal- should have told the parents (who had no manners) to behave with consideration for all the guests who were staying. The staff did not and the guests including us could not use the pool or sleep until 10:00pm when the pool was……
