“Very nice hotel. Did not realize they have a policy against locals (within 50 mile radius) renting a room. Fortunately, we were having work done at our home which is why we needed hotel. Front desk bluntly told us that we couldn’t stay there without even asking the reason why(we went through hurricane helene 2 years ago so they know the need for housing during catastrophes. Overall it’s a very nice hotel, just need to amend some policies.”
“The room was nice. Pros: Quiet HVAC, Bathroom & shower well lit and efficient, nice tv, lots of counter space. Cons: Hated the heavy sliding door (noisy and easy to mash fingers), VERY unhappy there were no bedside tables/reading lamps in the corners, one of the mattresses was badly worn in and not flat (not very comfortable), unhappy that no tv streaming services available included in the price of my room, unhappy that no senior or AAA discount was made available to me, the prices of the snacks……
“Pay for what you get!
The rate for the room was not very much, so I cannot complain too much. Staff was very unhelpful, room was mostly clean, and there were people partying outside the room. So ~ is what it is”
“This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The tub had dead bugs and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The sink trap was not connected so water leaked all over. No water pressure at sink and you had to run it for several minutes to get clear water. Other clientele looked undesirable. Do not stay here.”
“Went to check in and the place smelled terrible and was so run down, I chose not to stay. It did not feel safe. I asked for a refund from Expedia, but the property manager denied it. Expedia gave me one key credit, which was nice, and I went elsewhere.”
