Ci piacerebbe molto ricevere una sua mail dettagliata così da poter comprendere al meglio gli aspetti migliorabili. Vi preghiamo di leggere le nostre recensioni dove molti ci fanno i complimenti per le nostre camere. Le low cost sono di dimensioni più piccole, ma ben arredate in stile classico. Tutte le camere sono igienizzate con detergenti ecocertificati biodegradabili al 98% in 24 ore. Le nostre camere e le aree comuni sono pitturate con con vernici ecologiche naturali e foto catalitiche (l’aria che respiri è più sana). Le moquette sono ecologiche, composte per es. da Mater-Bi ed inchiostri vegetali. nostri materassi sono certificati “Fiducia nel Tessile”, testato per sostanze nocive secondo Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Sono anche anallergici, antiacaro ed ignifughi. Ci spiace non aver atteso le sue aspettative, ma siamo fiduciosi di poterne parlare in modo costruttivo e di poter ricevere una sua mail con spunti di miglioramento. A presto.
