“The hotel has tremendous opportunity however the hotel felt a bit rundown and the experience wasn’t to its full potential. The property is very well situated, great rooftop pool, large rooms with balconies but once again everything was a bit lacking in polish. The toilets didn’t have seats, the hot water was lukewarm at best, the room had a bit of a sewage smell. I am of the opinion that this hotel could be a real 5 star with a bit of investment and a stronger service culture that could elevate……

“Wir kamen von Fes her und dachten um 19;00 Uhr im Dar Fatna anzukommen, was aber nicht möglich war, da die Beschreibung: siehe Hotels.com Seite irreführend ist. Ich bitte Sie dies dringend zu korrigieren!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wir kamen um 21:00 Uhr an (40 km von den Wasserfällen entfernt, in der Pampas - am anderen Tag mussten wir die Distanz wieder zurückfahren um die Fälle zu besichtigen und sind daher bereits um 0700 Uhr abgefahren, damit wir unser Programm noch einigermassen einhalten konnten) Zum……
