“Good experience ”

“Honest review, family of 5 kids 10 and under. Family room. Room: Broken toilet seat, ants in room, housekeeping done twice in 5 days. After housekeeping, room smelt of damp mop. Phone broken, just didnt work. Lift is dangerous, door closes. The single beds were extremely uncomfortable especially for children. Only water provided and hardly any tea and coffee. Cleaners would clean the staires and corridals in late morning with no signage, child had slipped. Reception knew of issues, No……

“Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.”

“very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. ”
