"It was a good stay. However, the bar didn’t open until 4 PM on Saturday and the service was a bit slow. We needed linens for the pull out bed and was delivered the wrong items. We had to call down to the front desk an embarrassing amount of times. We never want to be annoying but the items simply weren’t coming. We had to stay up for an hour and half awaiting sheets since the pull out mattress didn’t have linens. "

"Loved the staff! One of the concierges went above and beyond - missed his name. I got in on a late flight - was starving with no close place to eat and all shops closed. He started looking up places asap that might still be open. I was able to have a dinner bf a conference the next day - albeit very late. The rooms and amenities were very nice. The restaurant/rooftop bar had the best views, food and drink and amazing bartenders and waitstaff. "
