“Staff gave a courtesy call before we arrived, very appreciative for that! Room was clean, AC blew cold.”

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. “The room was cool-ish when we walked in, but the beds felt wet due to the humididty. There were bugs all over the room. The bathroom looked clean, but upon further observation, the shower looked filthy. The staff seemed nice and the pool looked like the best part about the hotel. It was nice for the couple of hours we needed to sleep, but not for any longer. There was also a weird smell in the room.”
